* Please calculate the total costs of your registration based on the family you are registering.
* Families who submitted a deposit towards their registration to help to secure vendors (fall 2024), please deduct your deposit amount from your final payment. Please contact us if you need to know deposit funds we received to date before submitting your payment.

Payments received will be matched to the registration contact (individual completing the registration form).

* First and Last Name noted on the memo line should match the individual submitting the registration form.
* If you need to submit a payment for another family member, please indicate their first and last name on the memo line.

*You may make multiple payments/deposits toward your total registration costs. Please contact us if you need to know your remaining balance due.

T-Shirts are $25. Final payments are due by June 1st!

Registrations completed by May 4th secured your shirt order/size. We are not taking any more t-shirt orders.

*YOU ONLY NEED TO FILL OUT ONE REGISTRATION FORM WETHER IT BE VIA THE WEBSITE, EMAIL, OR SNAIL MAIL.

ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

Please select below the total number of family members in each registration age group. Then select "Register." Please note your family contact information (name/email/phone) at the top for any follow up communication.

Then detail each individual, including yourself, by registerant age group. Note any dietary needs, interest in optional activities, and t-shirt size if interested in ordering (cost to be determined). There is also space to indicate any notable events.

If you need to add additional family members to your group at a later date, please only register the new individuals.

**When you complete your registration online, your receipt will indicate "free" because we are not buying "tickets" through our website. The next step is to follow directions on this page to make your payments.**
